- Upon termination, Client will pay TCS for services rendered.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- TCS provides Consulting Services "as is" without warranties.
- TCS disclaims liability for damages.
Limitation of Liability
- TCS is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- TCS liability is limited to the amount paid by Client.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by Indian laws.
- Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

Payment
